5. Intellectual Property
The Ingenium Vector website, branding, logos, methodologies, frameworks, proprietary tools, software, and technical infrastructure remain our exclusive property.
Work product created specifically for you under a signed service agreement belongs to you upon full payment of all fees, subject to any pre-existing IP licenses.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from our materials without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
